First time i tried he stayed in the right corner and did'nt move, i reloaded the game and he doesn't stopped walking. also some kids in the snowball fight drop santa coins.

This means running over to the right as he passes you by, hiding behind the furniture there until he returns and starts back away from your direction where you can run over to the other side of the room, waiting a bit or going fast enough from that point to click on the Christmas tree before he has a chance to see you again.

Also does the candy cane sword do anything? awards more candy cane or is there no need to spend the tokens for now?

The Candy Cane Sword is just to get in the spirit of the season. You can wait until the end, but you should (at a minimum) buy the Santa Hat and Santa Cape as wearing them while delivering a present gets you an Achievement and a special title. There are 3 houses you can visit. They will apparently rotate each day and should go in sequential order. Today was the Sneaky house, tomorrow should be the Slidey house, and Wednesday the Cluttered House.

If i have enough left once I'm done with the house and customization Items,then I can spend them on it. Good to know hat I haven' stuffed up badly :)

Otherwise, you just spend 2 energy per click - click on other people in the field that appears on the Christmas area, and once you've thrown 30 snowballs, just exist and collect your award. EDIT: For the guard one, I've found that one he heads back to the left, and has passed the midway point, click to make your character cross the room. When he heads right, the guard will almost always see your character. (Seriously, people. What do we call our little bushwhacker heros?)

It's the one that requires you to deliver gifts dressed as Santa. I'd like to know what gear I need to wear to get the achievement!
