There are 10 quests listed on the Wiki page and my achievements says I have done 10. It's just weird that one day it will say 10, the next day say 11, and then go back to 10 the day after that.
68 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 7th 2013 at 10:22 PM Lisa Croke Noemi, for the vast majority of the last 8 or 9 days, I was whacking in the bushes in The River's Source area, which at the time was the furthest area I'd unlocked. As of about 20 hours ago, I finally unlocked the Lower Evergreen Forest, and I've been whacking bushes there since then. Still no egg.

We'll look into a way to remedy that. In the meantime, please post here if you do find an egg with your level/area included!

Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 9th 2013 at 7:58 PM Raymond Dennie, I think I figured out the issue you, and I, have had with the 11/12 becoming 10/12 every other day. Because there are 12 different quests, and that it might take weeks to get all of them, it appears that while you are doing a quest that you have previously done, then during that time it thinks you have not ever completed that quest. For example, yesterday I was 11/12 and today I started the milk bottle one again, having done it at least once before, right now the achievement programming thinks I have never done the milk bottles so right now I'm 10/12 but will again be 11/12 once I complete this quest. not the smartest way to have programmed it.

Sadly, I think part of the issue could be whacking in a non-level-appropriate area, due to not having any friends who play. Grinding on free bushbucks is not paying off in this case. Level 64, and still in the Rocky Decline. Onward...

I have my snowman following me right now and the turkey and reindeer are back at the ranch. So, how do I get the gryphons to hang out at the ranch? They're just idling away in my inventory bag...thanks for any help!
392 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 11th 2013 at 1:25 PM Joe Gosselin go to your ranch, then just select it from your inventoy then place it on the ground somewhere. Even if he is on you ranch, you can switch it from you bag anytime, it's like have 2 of the same animal.

I see some have said they have converted their ranch "pets" to companions. How/when is this done? As for the eggs, I have so far only found eggs for a dog and a cat. I have a dog as my companion now. Do I also need to hatch and grow a cat before I will find anything else? Or is it just random? Is there a list of available eggs/pets somewhere and what they do? Are some more desirable than others? Thank you!

He will help you convert your event pets. Talk to the girl to start a quest to find an egg. You seem to have found a cat egg so you have to talk to her to have that egg start hatching, and you have to go back every day for 3 days to do 3 hatching quests, then go back every day for 3 days to do 3 raising quests. Some of these quests take a while to do, and the first raising quest can start as soon as the minute you finish the last hatching quest, but in general it takes a minimum of 5 days to get a pet from a found egg. Desirability is up to you. Some people want as many of a single pet as they can get, crazy cat ladies anyone, some, like me, want every kind of pet. The odds improvements a pet gives is random and you will not know what it is until the end of that 5+ day ordeal.
