MiserableFailure ManAdd them as Facebook friends, then send a buddy request to them in the game and if the person has room for buddies they will be your buddy. If they are just facebook friends they can still respond to requests. If you are on the game and there are several people chatting a good way to get friends is ask in the chat if there are people that will add you.
