Can't get into BW2

OR Unable to resolve the server's DNS address. OR Firefox can't find the server at ebaps1.djartsgames.ca. Help, please? Also experiencing this problem with EBA. I have cleared firefox's internet cookies and cache, and also did a delete of flash player files, just in case there was something wrong there. Someone said it might be on CNE's end, but it appears to only be affecting me. And no, I cannot contact support directly, nothing will show up when I try to access BW2 or EBA, except for the error messages.

14 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 9th 2014 at 2:52 AM irene I have been having this problem since last night, so about 10 hours now. Problem using Shards on Facebook and Bushwhacker on BigFish. Very aggravating. What is worse is that I cannot find anything from Codename telling me what is going on, if there is anything I can or should do. Only one comment saying that some can access it. Talk to us Codename..... Why do I spend money on games I cannot play online.......How will this affect my daily quests.....at least being down is giving me time to think and do rl stuff!

You can find more information (and configuration instructions) here: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/ Unfortunately other than that I don't have any good solutions to offer, as these issues are completely outside of our control.
