And I'n not sure about this, but the Maps 'Show Active Quests' feature that is nearly a year old should show you exactly what Square to go to for just about ANY Quest. |

Jen Aloiit shows it to be in the rocky pass and the part of hat head lake that the friendly lock pick opens up. i however have no friends that play. I have fished over and over again in the part of hat head lake with Steve. Still no power core.

RaymondHat Head Lake is a lake that everyone can reach. Steve is in the square of that lake that requires nothing special and anyone can go to practically on day one of playing.
