Ami Skinnernot very computer literate but can anyone tell me how to turn it on.I'm not sure how it got off.

Raymondsomething wrong at your end, with your network connection, your computer, your wifi router, your firewall, your antivirus software, just something.
try a different browser, try just clicking reconnect many times, try a different computer even. I have had it on this computer randomly with certain browsers but not others... |
