there is no longer a scroll bar for the chat?
half of the cartoon bubble notification icon and left arrow of friends and double arrow refresh icon is missing as is anything that used to be to the left of that?
half of the house/commons icon and anything to the right of that is missing?

and this is NOT browser dependent or computer dependent as I noticed this today on several computers with all kinds of different browsers. and changing screen size or browser zoom level has no effect to fix it. IT is your coding somehow in some unannounced change that took place today (or maybe yesterday)

please fix it. make it the way it was at least.
