I don't know of someone has posted this before now, but my GS was on his BW tonight and asked me why 'there's unicorn poop' on his game screen? I had seen the update icon, but I didn't look too closely. It does, indeed, look like a unicorn turd!

It's really poop? I thought it was rainbow-colored ice cream, the kind from a machine with a swirled top...hahaha

[backstory: King's Quest]
In his search for the King, the steward eventually sends the hero to the island. There, the hero meets up with an agent of the steward and together they discover a torn cloth fragment. It is revealed that this torn cloth fragment comes from the robe of the King, proving that the King was indeed, on the island at some point.

The torn cloak fragment acts as the symbol of the King's Quests all the way from the very beginning (long before reaching the island) all the way up until the King is "saved".

At this point, the King reveals that he is looking for a unicorn. This is where the "Search for the King" quests end, and the "Finding a Unicorn" quests begin. As such, the symbol changes from the torn cloth fragment to the rainbow-colored poop.


The King and the hero search the jungle until they eventually reach the Heart of the Jungle, where unicorns are rumored to live. They find no unicorns, but after doing some searching, the hero discovers "evidence" that a unicorn was, in fact, recently at the Heart of the Jungle. That evidence is rainbow-colored poop.


This eventually leads to them continuing their journey into the mountains/caves.



But do you want to know what's REALLY weird?
That turd is the symbol on the unicorn food boxes you gather in the mountain/caves quests.
That's basically the equivalent of finding a box of cat food with a picture of cat poop on its cover.
