Armor Games Support Ticket? \| Pet Problem
40 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 4th 2014 at 2:06 AM Zeusinator Hi everyone, I'm playing BW2 now for over 600 days in a row on Armorgames. I know that there was the possibility to contact support, but I just cant find the button any more. :D The case is, that my pet was reduced from lvl 22 to lvl 10 and I dont know how or why...and I just had 2 questions about the corgi from the dog days event which I wanted to have (but just did not get the chance to do so...) and last but not least what do I do with nearly 3.000.000 gold? Thanks :) zeusinator

Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 4th 2014 at 8:58 AM Raymond possibly it's not the same pet. if you have pets wandering around your ranch and you click him, that's the same as clicking inventory and then clicking pet, and then selecting a pet to equip. check your inventory, I bet you have a pet there that's level 22. or, was that level 22 pet corgi itself? then you know that at the end of that event your equipped pet reverted to your prior pet, or you have to equip a pet yourself...

I really would like to have the corgi, but I dont have him (i tried to talk to hank after the event, but he didnt offer me to convert the corgi to a permanent pet) 2. I have a Gryphon (and only one) which was definiteley above level 20, which is now (after playing today) level 11. I used a pet treat level 5 on him (he gives quest items and my plan is to level up a pet for every "reason", e.g. quest items, puzzle pieces, mana, energy etc.) and played with him for the last days and weeks. And I know for 100% that he was more than level 18 and was now suddenly a level 10 - I dont know if its traceable, but I know it for sure.
Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 4th 2014 at 3:26 PM Raymond can't help with 2. do a trouble ticket, that should be available in help at top right of game or https://apps.facebook.com/bushwhackertwo/?page=help as for corgi. he was available for the whole 2 weeks of that event, he was not available after the event and that was spelled out clearly I thought every time you logged in or every time you looked at town crier current info. he will be available next year, and unlike this year where he was available only for facebook credits. next year he will be available for bush bucks, about 200.

The level 5 Pet Treat increase your pet from level 0 to 5, if you use it when your pet is above the level 5, it could be wasted for no effect. Try looking in the pet database (the PAGAS dude in the Commons), it show all the pets you have or had and their respective current level.

You can open a support ticket as usual from that link. Please do so regarding the Gryphon, and we can take a look. (A note to those trying to help - because of Partner Platform requirements, not all game screens look the same. So some options are not in the same place.)

Seeing my 3 Mio Money I am saving for 5 Mio to buy the last peace of land...but what else (clever) can I do with money in the game? The Corgi was like the wieder dog in the event 2013, wasn't it? I could convert him to a permanent pet - and I wanted to do the same with the corgi, so thats the reason I had the question. I'll just open a support ticket for my Gryphon. :)
593 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 6th 2014 at 8:32 AM Kittychix (Chloe) Yes, you could convert the Corgi to a permanent pet by purchasing him via the in-game menu prior to the end of the Dog Days of Summer event. Unfortunately, at this time, the Corgi is no longer available. We may include it in a sale in the future, so keep your eyes peeled for such a sale, and the Corgi will almost certainly appear in the Dog Days Event Vendor store next year.
