Help with Desert City Investigation
4 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 14th 2012 at 3:29 PM Amy Smart I can't seem to figure out how to get to Desert City and complete the "Desert City Investigation" quest. I'm level 72 currently almost 73. I'm just hoping for some assistance in figuring it out. Anyways, thanks.
5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 14th 2012 at 3:34 PM Raymond The Desert City, or Lost City, is the 14 squares above and to the right of the Desert. They start at the Ruined Outskirts, or the square labeled Outskirts on the Map and includes the Arena. It's a whole zone with 8 whackable squares. I can't remember the Kings Quest line that goes through that, but you may have to get a significant part of that zone completed in order to finish that off.

4 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 14th 2012 at 3:58 PM Amy Smart I have the High desert, Scorched Earth, Dusty Wastes, Hidden Oasis, The Sand Dunes, The Dry pass, Buried Pyramid and of course the Arena. The others have the lock symbol on them.
5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 14th 2012 at 4:21 PM Raymond nope, those, other than the Arena, are Desert squares not Desert City squares. To get into the Desert City you have to go into The Stinging Dust east of The Dusty Wastes. You probably have a Kings Quest stating something like Progress to Level xx, where xx is I don't know what level.

185 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 21st 2012 at 11:29 PM Monica Dykeman Bring up your map, scroll down and click on 'see active quests'. If you have a quest in the desert city, it will show in the left hand column. Hover over that quest and it will show you where you can do the quest, then you just have to click on one of the squares to get there.
