| Fishing line when not fishing

TeapotnessJust recently hit lvl 10 and got the fishing area. Went and looked at it with no problem. Then went on Jareq's Search quest and on the 2nd bandit that I fight, my sword changed to a fishing pole for a second, with the fishing line going off to the top left corner. My sword went back to normal, but the fishing line stayed.
