Try this; http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner If your computer generally is running slow, you can try a registery defragger. Quicksys is a good one. Both of these programs are free to download and safe to use.

185 Posts	Link to post - Posted November 19th 2011 at 4:11 PM Monica Dykeman Check your drive. If you have less that 10% free, try defragging the system and removing any unnecessary clutter. The system defrag should be under programs somewhere, mine used to be under 'programs', 'system tools'. Also, make sure everything else is closed. Sometimes, the graphics card just can't support anything other than BW.
75 Posts	Link to post - Posted November 19th 2011 at 10:35 PM Norma Thompson might also try here: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html clear out all the flash cache ... could be that you do not have enough flash cache left for everything to load properly (this is not an example or video but an actual utility that will clear the cache on your computer)
