It sounds like you might be having trouble connecting to our multiplayer servers. If you see a bar (instead of the normal AI chatbox) which says "Click to Reconnect", please click that. If you don't see that, it's possible that you may have something blocking your connection. Please check if there any antivirus software is blocking your connection, or any broswer add-ons which might be doing the same thing. If you still cannot reconnect, please open a support ticket via the toolbar at the top of the game, and we can try and further assist :) |
