Look at your puzzle itself for a picture of what it is that you have to get. Then click that power panel. Then go to the north 2 squares of the Pyramid that you have to finish to actually complete the Pyramid. Those are just some quests, not actual squares of whacking.

And the top 2 squares are non-whackable so neither of them can be 100%, they have no percentage. But perhaps you have to get 100% EVERYWHERE else in the Pyramid first, all 8 squares. The Robot in the Gatekeepers Den is quite explanatory on what you have to do to go to the square above that. Remove your Slug. And perhaps perform some quests. That top square is the Computer Core.
