Ruth OrozcoRaymond--you're a treasure trove of info and help; you just had to work on your delivery and being patient with those that don't get it as readily as you!! Which you have done lately, I'd like to add. I think you've been great, even though not everyone gets your sense of humor--I think a couple times you were joking but got yelled at anyway :-(
