Cannot connect to multiplayer server
Lvl 73 "Amicus Tour Guide" 2 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 17th 2014 at 11:12 PM Paula Pascoe I am on Amicus and cannot collect the trash There is a message that I can am not connected to the multiplayer server. Have tried refreshing, and clearing the cache, but nothing has worked.

I'm assuming that when she clicks the 'reconnect' it just isn't working. That very rarely is the case for me, uch more rare then the daily things that do happen to me.

What you're experiencing is an issue where something in your browser or computer is blocking your connection to our multiplayer server on Amicus Isle. Normal things to check include making sure your browser and flash players are up to date, clearing the browser cache and even trying a restart to your computer (done so that if there were files that needed to be installed for updates, etc.) You might also want to check If none of the above corrects the problem, please submit a support ticket (and list whatever steps you've already attempted) so that we can try and suss out what else might be blocking it.
