Lvl 400 "Savior of Sanctuary" 227 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 4th 2014 at 11:55 PM Leona Virgo I know he helps with when daily quests are available and their cool down timers, and any new/available Nate and Kaine quests but he doesn't tell of any of the new updates like Events or the newest house expansion and such. So I suggest making the "what's new?" pop up the "latest news", that shows when you just log in, again so you don't have to refresh the game if you need to reread it or wasn't paying attention when it first popped up.
