Once you pick up the mammoth, it also mentions 'Wooly' again.
And when you get back outside, Investigator Kaine says the we can't finish the case "untill" ...

Then when you click on the large iceblock outside that previously showed the mammoth, it says 'Ahah' [should that be Ah-ha?]
and further ... What a 'farse'! [should be farce]

What is wrong with "Wooly"? It is in Webster's Dictionary as a "variant of woolly" and is the original accepted spelling of the word. Gee, I guess no one knows it all.
Maybe if more players contributed (bought bushbucks, packages etc), they would have time and resources to address every tiny imperfection. Just an FYI...The devs are not paid to do this (haven't sold us out to marketing & advertisers for a payday) and unlike other sites, we don't have to put up with annoying pop up ads, watch endless product videos and be tracked and have cookies and worse secretly downloaded to our systems while we play. Personally, I'll take a few small typos over pop ups and videos that waste my time and freeze up my game any day!! What is really embarrassing is the total lack of appreciation and nitpicking that they receive for the large effort and terrific creativity that is put into maintaining this game with no financial support whatsoever except for the paltry amount received from the minority of players who do contribute financially. I would also rather receive the ultra-prompt and personal attention that the devs give us when we have a real game issue than have them waste their valuable time fixing typos.

At the very least there is a new area just below the Mines, that green last area of continent three. That's going to happen in less then a week. And a whole ocean of places for other continents.
Then of course there is a Nates that's going to happen in that new area, sometime in the next 2-3 months.
Then there is a Kaines in the Haunted Forest, and in the Tropical Islands, and in the Argbush, and in the Jungle, and in the Mines and in that new area, and any new areas after that.
Not to mention 3 holiday events that will come out during our time in the new green area. And other holidays to follow.

and of course there are improvements Jeremy himself said, just the other day, that were going to happen in January but possibly not this week.

and they have also said that they are not currently working on a bw3 or anything like that.

I reckon the devs do a brilliant job on here, especially with someone reading the boards and responding. I guess I'm a bit OCD regarding typos, and in reporting them, I'm definitely not intending to nit-pick, just to help them the same as if I found a bug or similar.
As for the 'Wooly', well, in one line it is written as 'wooly', and the next as 'woolly'. Given the tiny amount of text in the game, it shouldn't take long for someone else to just run an eye over it ... especially if you know that a lot of spelling mistakes end up in the final text.

I try and donate where possible, but so much of the new special items they bring out is so similar to what I already have that it just ends up as cosmetics. Personally I believe that the business strategy of BW2 isn't the best ... players can easily get loads of energy, free friend magic zaps, etc, so much so that players easily outstrip the creation of new areas which gives them no incentive to donate for bush bucks in any way.

i always find spelling mistakes when doing work on the wiki, however i keep the spelling as the game presents them. sometimes an outward appearing mistake was intentional.
