Marci WilsonWhen you load your game, at the top of window, where the bar is located that allows you to select play, forum, profile, help, or FAQ, click on 'Help'. This will open up a page that describes common help topics..
In the upper right hand corner of that page, is a red box with a button that says 'Open New Ticket' If you click on that, it will start the process. You will have to describe what is going on. While your ticket is being processed, you can still play the game normally, there will be a message in red along the top of your screen until the ticket is resolved. |
