Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!"

when I count the little badges either in the profile link at the top of the screen or by the profile in the sack within the game, I get 244. I've counted it several time, always 244.
but the new Achievement says:
Master Achiever
Earn 300 unique Achievements.
Array:
249/300

I seem to half remember a kind of partially visible badge in one achievement when looking at it one way but when looked at the other way it wasn't there. Are there 5 achievements where we don't have a visible badge under the achievement?
