Josh OchenduszkoHow the heck are you supposed to get the Phenomenal Cosmic Power achievement? You have to create a rune with +50% odds... Yet I'm trying to combine a rune with 40.2% and a rune with 9.8%, which adds to EXACTLY 50%, but it says it's too powerful!

Nick Smithyou may have too many days. try to combine with the rune with less days in the left slot and see if that helps.
how did you end up with x.x%? every rune iv made always has full %s? |

Raymondall my runes have fractional percentages not a single integer among them.
as for the phenomenal power, one can make up to 60% runes, well someone has done that. Runes can be made up to a combined effect of having 21 powders in the runes that make them up, i.e. only so many large can make a valid rune, and more mediums can make one, and even more scavenged ones can make one and 21 individual smalls can make one. read the highly technical writeup in the wiki on runes. very interesting reading. |
