Ruth OrozcoYou probably have, so I apologize in advance, but have you clicked on the beach ball, towel and sunscreen? And we're talking about the girl on Vacatau that says she feels very warm. I seem to recall it was something simple, like the others have been. If none of the nearby items work, maybe you need to put in a help ticket...glitch??

Ruth Orozcoif those don't work, click on "help me" near where you click on forum and put in a support ticket--the devs will check it out and fix any glitches and maybe give you a hint or solution...no sense being stuck!
