Sorry Devs, I usually sing your praises however the new Flux sucks :(

I do not like 144 pieces, and I dislike tiny pieces even more. My only description for The Flux now is "tedious". I used to be excited to get there, now I dread completing it.

Sorry, wish I could offer something positive....

Not there yet (still 2 main areas to do + SBA) but 144 pieces look scary (Helloween pun?) How about creating two smaller one, like one that build a bridge, clear and obstacle or open a door, then the other make the chest appear?

We appreciate the feedback and we will keep it mind when implementing new puzzles. It is tough because there are some players that would like larger or more difficult puzzles and others prefer smaller puzzles. Thank you Joe for your suggestion of an alternate route. Any other alternate puzzle ideas would be welcome.

144 pieces? Are you crazy? Then give us cheaper insta-solve (maybe paid with in-game money) or a new pair of eyes for after-puzzle blindness.

smaller pieces are not a good thing. they were too small before now im really not looking forward to the new flux. at this point they must be about the size of my pointer if not smaller.

I know things need to get tougher as the game progresses but maybe 2-stage puzzles would be the answer and not tiny tiny pieces.

I would like to chime in on the "144 puzzle pieces is over the top" band wagon. Is there a reason why 121 was insufficient? Trust me, 121 pieces is MORE than enough to entice folks to use Bushbucks.

And just got to SBA40, it's 81 pieces. I bet Nates and Kaines quests are going to be bigger too.
At this rate not many players will complete 8 fluxes if you continue the approximate 2 month period between content updates.
Are they going to be farther apart and is this why the Max level is +20 instead of the +15 its been for a long time?

Just posting a note from a fellow wiki editor so it is captured in the forums:

"I already suggested this to NobleKen directly, but i’ll post it here to see if anyone has anything to add or point out on the idea, since it’s a feature that would affect something i’ve seen many complaint about.

Add a magnifying glass button in the puzzle solving screen that, when toggled:

Will remove all surroundings with a proper color background to avoid “missing/invisible pieces” problems
Allow the option to set a zoom inside this puzzle solving screen in various pre-sets (x2, x4, x8…)"

If you do, please add a note it is from Lackper, a player in kongregate.

A zoom in feature is a great idea!

I'd LOVE a real puzzle, now if only i wouldn't be limping 100 levels behind each time a new upgrade comes.. LoL! The only fix to this is, YES to big puzzles (heck, puzzlelovers would laugh their butts off at a 150 puzzle, 1000 is the thing! Just make the puzzlescreen a bit bigger so that the pieces are better to catch? Maybe a fullscreen puzzleground and then some sort of sidebar with puzzlepieces in there and if you mouseover the sidebar you get a fullscreen tray of all the pieces? Somehow it must be possible, im sure theres digital 1000 pieces puzzles outthere somewhere too! Don't give up people, don't let them know you, be strong, bite through and WIN at that epic puzzle :D Puzzle some extra for me, I can't wait to get there!

Sorry, don't agree. Now if there was a separate puzzle game, much like how fishing is separate I could buy off on it, however 144 pc Flux puzzle is way too much, a 1000 pc is just pure insane.

Well, i suppose someone that's not into puzzling is not starting a puzzle in the first place heh :D

I could be down for 1000 piece puzzle if it was one puzzle of 100 pieces and each piece was its own puzzle of 10 pieces.

I would like to chime in and request that FLUX 10 be made up of two (or three) puzzles of 64 or even 81 pieces each.

I find that even in full screen mode with my 24 inch monitor that the pieces are too small for me to see clearly.

I'm not complaining at all about the number of pieces that I have to find.

Just that having to sit inches away from my monitor to put the pieces together is a pain.

And having multiple puzzles is an easy sell to the Bush Buck Accountants.

We appreciate all of this feedback. I have made notes of the suggestions and will pass them on to the developers.
