if it comes out too soon then it will be over before Halloween itself.
But Friday or by Friday is a good bet considering that something new has come out every week for all but a few for about 25 weeks.

According to the Bush Whacker 2 Wiki, the Halloween Event last year ran from the 18th of October to the 2nd of November; so I'm assuming it will be a similar date range for this year's event.

Then something else might happen by this Friday unless the Devs are starting to get away from having something just about absolutely every week, something that I think that they will have to eventually go back to like the old days or else it'll be jumping the shark with perhaps drek like Amicus fairly often.
