Richs GhostDogWhen I attempt to fish on Amicus Isle there are 2 issues 1) I keep getting a pop-up message that says "you are not connected to the multiplayer connection, Reconnect?" every 20 seconds. #2) I receive the following "OOPS" pop-up error message which prevents me from fishing:

DestKittehYou posted in another thread, but I'll reply here.
You're better off sending in a support ticket. BUT: Just as a recommendation, try clearing your internet browsers cache and cookies. There could be conflicting information attempting to overlap each other. |

Ken LaydenDestiny gives some good advice. One other thing you can try is clearing your Flash cache specifically. If none of those items work please send in a support ticket.

Raymondthe problem with your inability to connect to chat has something to do with your internet connection, firewall, or something specific to your configuration. It 'might' work if you use a different browser. It will work if you use a different computer, until it doesn't work there either LOL
