If you go through each area, check to see if all puzzles are collected.

You should be able to check your mini-map to see what's missing, and the wiki can give you tips regarding what you're missing. If for some reason it seems you cannot complete a quest (like - the NPC won't let you hand in your items), please submit a ticket by clicking the "Help me" button above your game. If you're missing a customization item, just keep whacking in any field in that area.
