From the news post:

Ancient Crypts have been discovered below Haven! If you are higher than level 60 and have completed Dr. Otto's journey to the center of the earth quest line (and rescued him from the proto-humans), then you can begin exploring the Haven Crypts! The Haven Crypts are home to a number of interesting relics, as well as copies of certain house items, such as chairs and plants! Now you can have four identical chairs around the table in your house, instead of just one.

In order to gain access to the various rooms in the crypts, you'll first have to help certain people around the world with special new daily quests to earn Quester Tokens. Ask Dr. Otto in the Haven Museum for more information!

Update features:
- 8 new puzzle zones
- 10 new one-time quests (one for each puzzle zone, plus starter and finale quests)
- 5 new daily quests in the various sub-maps (oz, pyramid, wonderland, center of earth, skull island)
- 16 'new' customization items; duplicates of previous basic items
- level cap increased to 135
- the Thanksgiving event is prepped and ready to run November 16th - 26th (starts/ends @ noon PST)

Right when the update was rolled out the level cap was not correctly increased. It should be working correctly now.

Yes, if Dr. Otto is there then you have definitely completed the prerequisite quest line.

Unfortunately we don't have any easy way to do that. It shouldn't be a terribly large amount of XP, in the scales of what's actually required to get to max level or even go from 130 to 131.
