Marci WilsonI'm in Chrome and can move my chat to either area. I usually keep chat hidden because it tends to slow down my game play. Try hiding it, refreshing your page, then activating it again and see what happens. I am not sure how Fire Fox works, since I have not used it in years.
First, you should clear your browser cache and cookies. To do this, in Chrome, click on the button at the top right that has the 3 horizontal lines. Scroll down and hover your mouse over Tools. Then select Clear Browsing Data. Tick all the selections in the box that pops up, then clear. This will cause your browser to refresh and will clear out all old cache. While in Chrome, make sure that your Flash is up to date and that there are no conflicts. To do this, type about:plugins into your browser. This will pull up a list of all of your plugins. If you are running Windows 7, you will see Shockwave Flash appear twice. One is operational in your browser, while one is in your OS. First make sure that BOTH are the same version. Next to the title of the plugin, it should say Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700 If they are NOT the same version, you should do a Flash update. Next, make sure that you are running the OS file and not the browser plugin. For some reason, they are both in the system when running Windows 7. This has been an ongoing thing. Where your plugins are listed, look for the section where it says 'Location'. You want to pay attention to the one that indicates something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\27.0.1453.110\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll Underneath this you will want to click the option to disable. Doing this will allow you to run Flash from your system rather than having your browser attempt to try to select which Flash you will run. I hope this helps, and I apologize for the lengthy post :) |

Noemi PomerleauSuzanne: Are you playing on the same computer? Computers with smaller displays sometimes can't accommodate chat being on the side.

RaymondBe sure you are not magnifying your browser.
Make sure your graphic resolution has not somehow become smaller then you used to have it. |
