There are 20 pages of threads.

Some of them have had the questions answered by a Developer and therefore aren't required anymore.

Some have had the questions answered by updates or similar things as that.

Is it possible to go through and collate them into a smaller amount of threads?

Is an example.

Tuan thought the CI for areas were puzzle specific, but he was told they are area specific.

He hasn't been back to have a look at the answer - or if he has it was after the time frame.

If these are deleted it would make things easier to find.

but Joe Shmo or Jane Doe who just joined last week and got to such and such a zone might have a question and being the smart person that they are goes and searches the forums using the relatively good search capability instead of asking a question that most of us don't actually remember the answer to.
what a long sentence that was...

No information is obsolete to someone.
The threads of every game stand forever, even if the game just about falls off the face of the Earth, go look at Egg Drop. And some people might just discover something they didn't know and don't ask just by browsing the forums every once in a while. I know I do for that time period I was hospitalized, even now.

oh and just to clarify, just because Tuan didn't post a thank you or followup question does not mean he didn't see the answer and appreciate it.

There has been a very few individual posts that have been deleted by the Developers because of total irrelevance and/or hatred...

Slightly more people self censor for any number of reasons, perhaps they posted in the wrong thread or after the fact have gotten the light and don't want what they said to be 'remembered'. This is after all 'permanent' an googlable, its not ephemeral chat.

I think one whole thread, in all the thousands here and in the original bushwhacker, has been totally deleted. Just one.

And I think in one or two occasions a thread has been merged with a seemingly or in actuality identical thread just to make it more consolidated. This probably should happen more often at the start of an event or content release but it doesn't.
