...there will be the new fishing rod? More importantly... there will be an upgrade for the "Rich Pocket Watch"? (maybe a digital chronometer)

Spoilers! We don't tend to give that much info about upcoming areas.

Also, assuming you do mean the next area, that update's still a little while away.

That's an appropriate response considering your avatar.

Any idea on when the new update will be?

A week, 2 weeks, a month?

Clarifying: You mean the new area when you say "update", right? I'm not sure on the ETA, though we are working on it. We've got other content updates coming up soon though.

yes, like Schools Out perhaps in a few weeks, then Patriots a week or so after that, right? Or perhaps new Events?

When you'll add the new zone it would be nice if you'll make the puzzle pieces you collected (and not used) usable for the new flux puzzle (instead of having to collect them again from the start). When you added the tropical zone I had 111/121 puzzle pieces... grrr. It's better to not recall that. If you absolutely can't do that at least can you advice us when you're going to add a new zone?

whatever do you mean? When I got into the island Flux I had some 90+ pieces placed already, and some 20 more yet to be placed. none 'missing'.
What's placed and what's unplaced is stored, has been the 3 times I've gotten into the flux. I do not place every piece as I get them, I wait and do 20 or more at once.

Raymond's right, Luca, you should have your puzzle pieces from the previous flux!

I know the game is not based on that style of play but you can add more buildings and rooms where you can go inside and admire them? maybe some chests to open them? I mean the kind of buildings such as the Mystic Guardians game. would be interesting to be equipped with computers and stuff like that XD

Really Noemi? Then I'm the only one who had flux puzzle piece resetted from flux 5.0 to flux 6.0... That's pretty unlucky. Maybe if that happens again i'll open a support ticket.
There is any difference if they are already placed? Or I have to leave them where they are in order to save them for the next flux zone?

Yes, when I say "update" I mean new areas and also increase to the level cap.

Luca, it's only you.
Even the wiki http://bushwhacker2.wikia.com/wiki/The_Flux discusses how to leave an unopened treasure chest and have a puzzle up to one piece from complete and/or even have that last piece and when the next flux comes out have 2 trinkets in about a second.

@Luca, it's probably Nate's doing...

I'm in the flux right now and wondered...does anyone else think the sunburned developer guy needs to STOP RUNNING AROUND?! I've tried to catch him, to no avail. But that got me thinking--it'd be cool to give the developers quests that can only be done in the flux! Like some Solarcaine or aloe for that guy or Diet Cokes for the ones writing code (a la early Apple Computers), stuff like that. And if you don't finish when the new update comes out, you continue in the next flux. That may make up for not being able to do other quests in the flux...I think it's a brilliant idea...anyone?

He says something like "OH GOD IT BURNS!" and yes, he's pretty annoying. Instead of running pointlessly he should search for some shade and stop there.

And he wants to "turn off the day-star" (or something like that)
But some just like to run around screaming and waving their arms without actually doing something.
