Marc Levachmmm... so there's not always a flux item of each type? I've got them all apparently, since I just got gold this time around, but I still haven't received a power, gold or speed flux trinket. Or does the gold start showing up once you've collected so many?

Raymondnope, the wiki lists all the flux trinkets of the current and all prior fluxes.
http://bushwhacker2.wikia.com/wiki/The_Flux there are more then 8 kinds of things so not all ever can occur. max energy, power, mana increasers less nothings more fruit, power, mana, gold, gems, puzzle, quest, speed... and the odd occasional thing like getting more something when you get something else I'm unsure if all these are even represented in Pets. |

RaymondI just did a check the wiki for all and:
more quest items has never happened as a flux trinket. and flux 1.01 only had 7 trinkets? and flux 3.01 actually had 2 different more gold trinkets. and there has never been the occasional strange trinket in the flux |

Marc Levachmmm, and the uncommon vs rare attribute they get, is that randomly generated or the same for each flux trinket across all players? i.e. only the flux ruby gem and glass orb I found are rare and the flux bone knife uncommon, does everyone have the same? stranger still, the ruby is a rating of 1050, 150 higher than other flux trinkets, yet the glass orb is the same mana increase as the normal flux emerald ring.

Raymonddetails like that I am totally unable to answer, but I suspect the rare vs uncommon is the same for everyone, as are the ratings, and that they and the effects are just randomly defined by the developers as they program the flux.
i.e. they sometimes make mistakes like that 3.01 and so far have forgotten a kind of trinket effect. I think the 7 1.01 trinkets is probably from the wiki contributors not having all the info and not having access to someone who got all 8 but perhaps there were only 7. my summary of the wiki: max energy: 6, 4, 32, 2, 12 max power: 6, 5, 4, 32, 2, 12, 11 max mana: 6, 5, 4, 32, 2, 12, 11 less nothings: 6, 5, 4, 32, 31, 2, 12, 11 more fruit: 6, 32, 31, 2, 11 more power: 5, 4, 32, 31, 2, 12 more mana: 6, 5, 4, 32, 31, 2, 11 more gold: 5, 4, 32, 31, 31*, 2, 12, 11 more gems: 6, 5, 4, 31, 12, 11 more puzzle: 6 more quest: none more speed: 5, 31, 12 |
