Филипп МаÑÑ‚Ñевsince starter packages appeared none of my payments are successful.
paypal keeps saying that payment failed. there is enough money to pay but it won't accept. WTF??? |

Noemi PomerleauPaypal likes to block people who make too many payments, so that may be your problem. Unfortunately you'll have to take this up with Paypal directly, not us. Sorry!
