Ben StrijkerI had an idea for this game but I lost it. For some reason I simply decided just to start writing anyway in the hope it will return to me. I had this problem before only that time I did not started to write. So that (again) thing is a bit misleading to you. And with you I mean the reader of this post. But do not be alarmd because I have found my idea back again.
So a new area is comming (can be implented in the current one since there is space for it) and my idea is to implent a quarry where you can mine for gold / gems. No not a gold mine where you will be showered with million and millions of cash or hit a diamond load and are set for life. Just a small extra income on the side for those high leveled who need 500.000+ for an axpansion. A quarry where you can buy a drilling machine: cheap drill: works 1 hour. Reward: 50-100 gold, 0-4 agate, 0-1 aquamarine normal drill: works 6 hours. Reward: 300 - 600 gold, 0-4 aquamarine 0-4 citrine expensive drill: works 12 hours. Reward 800 - 1200 gold, 0-12 aquamarine, 0-6 citrine, 0-4 topaz pretty drill works 20 hours. Reward 1200 - 2000 gold, 0 - 8 citrine, 0 - 6 topaz, 0 - 2 sapphire. slow drill works 168 hours. Reward 10k - 20k, 0,1% on a Diamond Or something like that just an way to generate some cash and/or gems. |

Ben StrijkerI am not really good with the details ... it is more of an general idea. The spesifics can be developed by the developers.
And the reason for the slow drill to be so slow is because there is a chance for a diamond. |

Luca D'AgostiniI knew it... but a week is a long time to get 1/1000 chance to get a diamond...
P.S: what if drills give also energy items? Like fishing and farming you can choice to drill for energy or for gold (or a mix of them). |

I think 48 hours for a 1% chance (a diamond every 200 days) are enough to make it pretty rare.

Luca D'AgostiniThis drill idea thrills me... what if instead of 5 types of drill there is one upgradable drill that extract gems, gold, energy or whatever every hour (and store them in a "drawer" until you collect them)? Upgrading it (with gold and/or gems) will increase the quantity/quality of extracted items.
What do you say? |

Ben StrijkerI say write it out ... if you are lucky the dev will take it in consideration.
I only gave them an idea of the drill if they take it or not I have no idea, but maybe if you make it more precise of what you can get that they are more likely to use it. |

Noemi PomerleauI am watching this thread and seeing how your ideas develop and updating our list accordingly, just FYI. Not sure how/if this idea will be integrated but more ideas are never a bad thing.

Basic cost: 100 gold Extract gold: x1 cost - Reward: 100-200 golds Extract gems: x1.5 cost - Reward: 75-150 agathe worth gems Extract energy: x2 cost - Reward: 40-60 energy Extract for 1 hour: x1 cost, x1 reward (level 10 required) Extract for 2 hours: x2 cost, x2.2 reward (level 20 required) Extract for 4 hours: x4 cost, x5 reward (level 50 required) Extract for 8 hours: x8 cost, x12 reward (level 75 required) Extract for 16 hours: x16 cost, x25 reward (level 100 required) Example: if you tell the drilling machine to dig 8 hours for energy it will cost you 1600 golds (100x2x8) and it will reward you with 480-720 energy (60-90 energy per hour for 200 golds per hour).
