Can't you see the dozens of other topics about this in just about every section of these forums?
The developers are probably not back from their week+ vacation, but the first thing they are probably going to do is help out the thousands of people this affected.
They could have avoided it by programming it exactly the way they did it before the Halloween event ended.
P.S. Have you used the maps 'show active quests' feature on every one of the 9 maps? forget about the ! or ? that will only work if those quests are complete while the show active quests should work no matter what, as long as those quests have actually been started.
