Denise C SteilI had 15 large energy packs that I had been saving and this morning they have disappeared. Did they expire? Some were from the V-day event so they were new. Do I need to open a support ticket? heeeeeeelp meeeee....

DestKittehFile a support ticket. They shouldn't have vanished at all, not even if you requested energy packs from friends - they'll just get a notification you've hit your limit.

Denise C SteilOkay, filed a support ticket and it turns out that as great and powerful as the devs are they cannot save me from myself. I used my energy packs...
