It would be nice to have a way to hide achievements that are no longer available. Mostly this applies to events from last year.

I too agree, unless obviously the achievement becomes available for the next year event...

I wrote about this a while back, totally agree, the post you are linking us too is sort of what they are expecting, except I'm assuming that this post wants them gone (for good) if they are not able to be completed....?

I for one want them to stay, especially if they are undoable. I like t o know what has been available. But in all cases I think all these are going to happen again when the wheel turns around another year.

maybe they could have sections like "in progress" "completed" incomplete" this way it would be easier to look for whatever it is your looking for, but keeping what you've done and what happened in the past

You're assuming we'll never re-run old events, which is something we don't want to rule out!

I'll make a note of those category ideas, Angele, they might come in handy.

The list is basically already sorted by an algorithm that takes complete/incomplete status into account, which is why "Ruby found" (complete) is at the top of my list and "Diamond found" (incomplete) is at the bottom. I personally don't think it is very elegant to split achievements up this way.

Categories would be really nice, especially as the list is growing longer, but I would prefer a filter for complete/incomplete and categories that split up the list some more.

It would still be the complete, long list of achievements but with slightly better sorting and (collapsible?) headers that split the page up into sections (categories).

The filter, meanwhile, would allow you to hide completed achievements from all sections at once, in case you wanted to see only your "to do list", or hide all incomplete once if you wanted to bathe in the glory of your medals already won.

(bushes whacked, etc.)
- Gems found
(plus "gem traded", plus total gems found)
- Items
(items found, shopkeeper's best friend, items crafted, etc.)

(daily quests, "other people's problems", etc.)
- Companions

- Special Events: Christmas
- etc.

PS: Yes please @ rerunning events; I missed a single achievement by a very narrow margin and it still bugs me :P

I have a question!
isn''t the following an achievement we all can work on during every event after we have bought all event things?
Big Time Bonus Buyer
Purchase 10 Bonus Prize Packs from the Carnival!
Array:
3/10

I bought all the Valentines day things 3 days ago and have purchased a bonus prize pack 5 times but it is still showing only the three I got during Christmas.

No, that one was specific to one event; I think Thanksgiving (?)
I have been stuck at 9/10 since the end if the original event.

edit: sorry. It was the 'Summer Carnival' event
