Kerrie Glenn Halli have been doing the flux but there is a cave i can't get to to unlock how do i get there stuck

That's a Nates Quest area and like all others you start those by talking to someone in your Commons. |

Noemi PomerleauTalk to the town crier to unlock the Nate Adventure, then go to the Base Camp to find the entrance to the Ice Cave!
