Hi all...

Just started getting this issue today. I clicked "yes" when the game asked to store data on my PC; the game loaded and suddenly all the terrain background (the grass, water, etc.) showed up as a black background with white dots. If I move my character across it, I get a "ghosting" effect, where it leaves multiple images of my character as it moves. This also happens for anything dropped from bushes.

I tried uninstalling the game and not allowing permissions, as well as clearing my browser caches and cookies, but none of this has worked. I'm playing the game using Google Chrome.

Has anybody else come across this? Any suggestions?

I think that's just a coincidence. It haven't done anything different but it's doing that for me now too. It's probably something that's happening to everyone.

Its a coincidence that you think it happened when you allowed that. I bet its happening to everyone. My regular play area, The Avalanche, is perfectly fine but the Commons and planting areas are like you describe. DJArts will fix it when they see whatever is causing it.

Yep, happening to me too. Went over to my house and I got a sort of checkerboard effect then it came up as a weird mixture of the North Pole, Town and my ranch all mixed up together in a psychadelic fashion. Eye watering!

Me, too. At the ranch and in the Commons. Looks like stoner players asked for something 'trippy' It doesn't seem to be affecting my playing, but it's really kinda annoying.

As I'm sure you all noticed we halted the invasion of the white squares yesterday afternoon. Thanks for the heads up, everyone!
