i started today at 133/250 carrots, i'm currently at 207/250.
out of tokens/bushbucks/energy buys/energy packs and gold.

going to go for a walk before i spend the rest of the 11.5 hours fishing , wishing , hoping and praying.
i'm 3 christmas lights and 4 candy canes away from finishing the tree, and the energy pack from there.

back from my walk, thats why i got my auction bread when i could still get it between 33k and 36k (32k start).

as the hours run out the bread will get more pricey, wishes i didn't spend the 800k i had just 4 days before the even started on shop custom items.

thanks raymond , i am aware of that, though with 21 carrots still to go, with 3 hrs. 13 minutes left. i really want that tree trimming power pack.

least i lucked out and was able to get another loaf of bread from the aunctions which gave me a little more steam to get these carrots done.

I didn't make it this year.
Strange because I had no problem getting to 250 carrots last year and the year before when I and everyone else was very new to the game.
They deliberately held off on releasing the event and made the turning in of carrots happen way too soon for some ulterior motive. Probably to get more people to quit playing a game that they don't want to continue.
As an indication of the futility of this, even people with lots of energy wouldn't want to have played for something like 8 total hours in what was it, about 4 days?

I was in the same boat as you, Raymond. Luckily it doesn't sound like there was anything new for getting 250.

For me 6 full quick whacks of 17 or 18 per bush, so 36 bushes/~640 energy, not a lot of energy for people like us, but this game gets slower and slower unless one re-formats their computer every month (not really kidding here). 10 minutes to collect 10 carrots (360 bushes whacked) if you have no distractions of any kind, so hours and hours of total time to do 250 and they really only had that portion of the event for 4 full days. If I hadn't actually stopped playing and caring about this game when I got out of the hospital in July and play off that Twiggy Lake mini-zone update, or was it the 8 squares all over the place for the Kings Quest...

I correct myself, 640 energy for 1 carrot means possibly only 3 carrots twice a day for people with the max of about 1840 energy and max regeneration of 6 energy every 2.5 minutes, possibly double that if people are smart and use a Mana sword. SO definitely, possibly deliberately, almost impossible to do.
