My number of presents for that Achievement shows 0/200 but I have 50 for one Elf plus 28 for the other Elf and 0 for the currently non-existing elfs.

My progress updated along the way with the first 50 gifts (so I knew how many I'd achieved) but, once that first achievement was completed, nothing has updated for the "Expert Elf Helper" (nor "Diverse Santa"). Perhaps it's a glitch; not sure...

The reindeer girl at the North Pole has a yellow ! over her head and when you talk to her she just talks about the reindeer and the cold. Yesterday when I talked to her she wanted me to find her reindeer. Is this a glitch? Please help, thanx!
Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 17th 2012 at 2:07 PM Raymond it has not been 20 hours since I last caught the reindeer so I am absolutely not concerned in the least bit about the fact that there is a premature exclamation point above my reindeer girl. the quest will be available when it is available like it had been once before already.

Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 18th 2012 at 12:49 PM Raymond the bottom layer is at most 5x5 = 25 the second layer is at most 4x4 = 16 the third layer is at most 3x3 = 9 but it is missing one spot on both my Elfs the 4'th layer should be 2x2 = 4 but I only have a single 1 there making the 50'th my 2 piles are identical.

It does it for all 4 so no need to try counting them. As an afterthought, none of my gift piles are the same size.

The last thing I need on this quest is the 50 presents per elf, but I don't know which elf to give presents to. I THINK I gave one 50, but can't be sure. Has there been any update as to how we can find out how many we need for each elf?

When you get 50 made a present will pop up in the quest box (top right hand side of page) saying something like "you have completed the quest for the red elf" (or whatever elf you're on)so I just continued offering candy canes to one elf at a time until I got the message, then started with another. Either that or wait til you have 500 canes for each one, 2000 total.Sounds like a lot but doable. Good luck.:)
Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 25th 2012 at 9:33 PM Raymond there are four elfs. every elf is supposed to have a pile if you expect to get that achievement. if you keep giving presents to one elf, his pile will stop getting bigger when there are 25+16+9+4+1=55 presents in it. for the achievement you only need 50 in each pile, so stop giving that elf anything and go to another one.. or read this thread in its entirety
