Vanessa KasalFor three days now, I keep getting the game telling me that its going to download graphics, then it never does (it stays out 0%). I have cleaned my cache and restarted my computer several times to no avail. I haven't changed anything on my computer so I don't know why its doing this. Any ideas?
Thanks! |

RaymondLast Edited December 27th 2011 at 12:18 PM It does a complete reload after you do a Flash clear. You must have done that, or you must have clicked a game option using that gear icon in the game.
But try to clear Flash again. Right click in the area where it says xxx% and on the storage options drag the bar to 0. Make sure the check box is NOT set. Then open the game again. You will have to say yes to allowing Flash to store to your hard drive. It WILL take an awful long time to load the game again, after all it's about a Gig of stuff. But it should load. And once that's done it will be back to near instantaneous again every time. |

RaymondLast Edited December 28th 2011 at 9:38 AM Open Task Manager.
Open a browser, any browser, the one you use to play this is good. Look at the number for system memory used and how much that browser is currently using. Open Bushwhacker. Look at how much both goes up. Or look at the performance graph immediately after you close Bushwhacker. Yes I overexaggerated a little, it's more like half a gig. |

RaymondNo, not how much Flash is storing on your hard drive.
How much your computer is actually using. Look at that graph in Task Manager, look at the size of IE or Firefox or whatever (plus plugin process size for many browsers). HUNDREDS of MEGS. Tons of memory. |

RaymondFor example, right now on this public library computer (my own one is quite a bit better and I use Safari or Chrome or Cometbird or Opera).
Internet Explorer 342,240K when playing, 18K when not. PF Usage 933 Megs when playing, 240 Megs when not. |
