Purchasing Reagents

Today, I purchased the sac... and got nothing. Apparently, my reagents are all full, but I was still charged for the purchase. Shouldn't it not let me buy it? Or, at least, not charge me for it?

You'll max out even without buying if you don't put them to use, as you'll whack up the others. Suggestion - use them! I've cast a few hundred spells, and find they can be quite helpful. My problem is I can't get enough regents!

Is there a way to buy a specific reagent? Or do I just have to buy the bags of herbs?
