Every so often I get stuck in an area and spend about 4000 energy a day for a week or more trying to get the customizable items. I have completed all of the puzzles and now I am just going for total completion. However; it is extremely annoying when I spend that much energy for that many days without receiving a single item. I have used the collectors spell at least twice in the Lava River over the past 4 days and I still have not received any collectables. Is this a glitch or is it supposed to be that way?
