ok tried to reply to thread I found.. but it said it was closed for discussion.. Well I guess I don't understand why you can't get the full measure of leveling up no matter how full you are.. BW1 did it.. so why on BW2? I am sure tired of losing my energy because it levels up after ive filled up with energy.. and for the gentleman named Raymond please dont reply I read your words in the other threads..If I add the energy...then I should get ALL the mana no matter how full I am... and to think that it is ok to lose it all just because I wasn't watching my level meter is just plain silly.. you can't keep an eye on it all the time.. one minute its no where near, the next its over the top.. it just seems silly not to let it keep going so we get ALL the energy given not lose any of it ..

Seriously, dont waste your time. It will fall upon deaf ears. You're not losing energy. Its a bonus. Yadda yadda.

You will have hardly anyone agree with you. People will fight you to the death defending the devs no matter what they do. They could demand $100 a second or your first born son to play the game and most people will back them. Happens with every Facebook app. This one is no exception.

and then there's that pesky notion that this is JUST A COMPUTER GAME!! Do people really have nothing more pressing to worry about? Just sayin'...

Personally if I were the devs I'd program it so that when someone levels up and had just opened an energy packet I'd have a bell ring in the server room so that they could laugh at the unobservant people.
That's why I think they made it that way in the first place.

And I agree with Peter, it's not 'losing' energy, it's 'losing out on possibly more potential' energy. Simple as that. Pay attention to how close you are to leveling. Fish if necessary or set an alarm clock, very simple thing to do. Or lose out on potential... Or find some other game that is a cake walk and non-challenging of ones intellect.

I had to add this because of the mention of my name.
p.s. people know I usually have great disdain for the developers of many games and voice that quite loudly whenever I can. But I love how they do many things too.

I'm all for the bonus level pack instead of the instant refill because it's easier to program in a new energy pack than to go back and allow what wasn't allowed.

good point Raymond, people should look their energy bar before using energy packs, that's add to strategy, same thing as to switch to all possible trinkets to energy capacity increase amulets or combine to gain some extra energy by leveling up, then switching back to favorites trinkets just after the energy refill.
