My guess is, once they've released all the new guardians they've created on the weekly reward for the pvp zone, then they'll release the new swamp update. Hence, they'll have gotten money from those who want to pay for the new guardians and have them sooner, before they release the guardians for free within the new zone. It's simple business strategy. Puff (a Wind Guardian, probably a Cloud) and Crunk (an Acid Guardian, a crocodile) still need to be released as rewards, which means that's at least another 2 weeks + 1 week for Tad + the remaining days left for Muck. So the new update should be released (unless there are more new guardians or I'm wrong in my guesswork) in roughly a month's time.
