you might have something big blocking the staircase. try moving things around downstairs, if it's upstairs then you are in trouble but... go to the Wonderlands minizone and shrink yourself then try to go upstairs, that should be able to move past any of the biggest blockages. never map warp out of any room of the house, always use the stairs or door, if something is blocking the exit then you will immediately know
