799 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 25th 2011 at 3:02 AM Rebecca Beattie the "Palace Courtyard' is a zone in the far upper right part of your map... a bit past the arena. The ladder opens a gate just like a key does. It is possible that you dont have enough zones open yet to use the ladder.
