Elaine NaultI can't find Pete the carney ....got his event calender.....but he is not in the fairgrounds....is there a glitch and how do I fix this???????

Raymondsorry to tell you this, but during this event he's not in the fairgrounds but he's in the first Halloween square. And you probably missed doing his 20 hour repeatable quest a couple dozen times. It's a quest that takes no energy and about a minute of time and gives you 5 orange tickets.
