Lvl 420 "Needs More Energy!" 103 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 3rd 2012 at 12:34 PM Jennifer Mitchell Hi Can anyone help all day I have not been able to request energy packs from friends, I thought it was due to the game running a little slow but it is over 13 hours since I logged on and have not been able to ask for any as yet.

I have cleared cache on two different browsers and that hasn't fixed it. My roommate's account can make requests on this computer.
Lvl 420 "Needs More Energy!" 103 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 3rd 2012 at 11:18 PM Jennifer Mitchell 24 hours later and still cannot ask for energy packs the little arrow doesn't turn yellow which usually lets you know that's its ready and yes I'm the same as you guys I couldn't send on any other app either yet I'm getting plenty of requests through from my other friends.

I tried sending invitations for a couple of the other games I play, and the same loading/buffering window comes up. I've cleared my cashe, used different browsers, and even used a different internet connection (my regular cable connection and my mobile internet stick). All to no avail.

I have had no issue whatsoever with any of these games over the last few months. Something in your computer is preventing this for you.

And it has only been within the last 24-36 hours that this problem has occurred. At the beginning of the week, although slow, I was having no problems sending out requests. I haven't changed any of my privacy/apps settings.

I have 7 different ones loaded.

I think the window shows up if I am not full screen at the time of the request but more often I make the request then exit full screen to see the window. Otherwise if works normally.. I use Firefox

And I've tried IE, FF, Safari and Chrome with no luck sending requests in ANY of them for ANY apps. Haven't changed any pop-up settings either. ***************************************************************************** Hi, It does look like this is probably a Facebook issue, especially if you're seeing it in other games as well.
