Somewhere I have a birthday cake...think it was from last year.

There was a Birthday Event, I also have a Birthday cake (a small square pink cake with one lit candle on a plate). From this same Event, I have Clown Make-up and a B-Day Hat. I don't remember exactly when the Event happened, but know for sure that it was prior to March.

Raymond - You have a Birthday cake too! It's #14 on your CI List under "unplaced house items". You had posted your Master CI List on March 4, and I saved it. So, there was indeed a Birthday Event, which was before March, without doubt.

The cake itself is not very big at all, I have mine in my basement on the refrigerator, next to the Mug of Green Beer from St. Patty's, and they're about the same size, so it's not a big cake. And remember that on this list where it's in unplaced, was current for you in March, maybe you've moved it since then or something. I do not show any left-over stubs, or anything else in my inventory, like a ribbon or something that relates to a Birthday Event. I have ticket stubs and/or a ribbon for all of the other Events, but nothing for an actual B-Day Event reward there. I "put my cake away" and it did show in my Inventory of house items, and was labeled Birthday Cake. (I put if back on the 'fridge tho.)

I agree with you about the timing of the event, and that there was only one.
I just went to your house :) and I do not see the cake, and none of your mannequins have on the clown make-up or clown hat either. One of 'em is naked tho! LOL And, you could use a little bit of help from a Decorator... But, nobody needs one of those more than Dave does, he needs two, I think! Hahaaa!

I'll see if I can figure out what you're missing from when you were in the hospital. This was my first Easter Event tho. And, we didn't get a 4th of July Event! They were too busy with BW2, and the Voyage over, waiting for it to kick-in to churning in money, while they leave us here to wither away into nothingness while they make sure that one flies good enough. Can't officially kill BW until they know BW2's getting more players, which is happening because way too many people are, and have quit BW because they're just leaving us in the dust, doing only the bare-bones minimum to keep it going for now, saying nothing at all to us for a long time, leaving us to wonder so that we'll still keep playing with hopes of more to come for us, and not saying much about the continuance of BW even though there's an update all planned and just sitting there. In the meantime... more people quit, and more start playing BW2 instead, which as I understand it, you have more need to spend the real bucks on that game as opposed to this one, neighbors needed more-so, and requires more posting. It's been their plan all along, I think, and it's working. I will never play BW2 though, don't even like the looks of it.

I do not have a Polka Dot Cape. Because this was my 1st Easter Event, all of last year's items were there along with the new ones for this year. At 12 stubs each, there was no way I could get them all, so I bought all of last year's items that I wanted, and the ones that I wanted that were new for this year. My note shows that last year there was more of a variety of items: 3 hats, the bunny nose that count as glasses, belt buckle, but only one cape, which is called the Egg Cape. I know for sure that there were only 6 new items for this year: An Easter Basket for your house, Basket Hat, Nest Hat, Pastel Cape, Easter Bow (a cape), and a Daffodil Sword (no special power other than you can whack foliage with foliage now!) The Pet was a White Easter Bunny.

For other Events, there was School's Out and Back-To-School.
There was nothing at all for the 4th of July. In fact, they left the School's Out Info on the News Page for so long, that players started asking them to at least change the news page already, so that we know you're still there!

In-between the 2 School Events was the only actual Update with the new Twiggy Lake Area, and the whole big Recruit Your Team/Make The Voyage Quests. During the time that we should have had a 4th of July Event, was when they were doing all of this instead.

That's an excellent idea about getting stuck in your house! I've seen players asking why they can't go up or down before. I haven't even re-decorated lately because it won't all fit like I want it to, and they just will not make one small tweak for us so that we can use one of the buildings that are already in place in the game being unused. That, I cannot understand at all.
